2024/2025 Fees & Payment Policies

​After your initial enrollment payment** (which may include a uniform fee), our yearly tuition is then split into equal monthly amounts for parent convenience, which are due on the 15th of each month from the current month until May. Our preferred method of payment is credit card through auto-pay, and we also accept Paypal, e-transfer, & cheque. If your dancer is joining us mid year the tuition portion of their fee will be prorated to the entire current month, not the week they start attending. School holidays (partial months) are already factored in and there is no credit for missed classes. ​

Dancers enrolled in more than one class receive 10% off the second class and 15% off the third class. 

 

**Non-refundable registration & uniform fee of $100 upon enrollment for all classes except Wiggle Worms, tap & hip hop.

Tap & hip hop registration fee (no uniform) of $25 upon enrollment.

Wiggle Worms does not have a registration fee.​

Our fees include everything your dancer should need for the year:

  • tuition (34 weeks)

  • costume

  • 2 tickets to our year end show

  • digital download of the professional recording

  • dress rehearsal & technical rehearsal for our show

  • photo day sitting fee (photo purchase optional)

  • choreography music & videos available for practice

  • parent viewing day

  • student appreciation events

  • competition fees & makeup also included for competitive students​

Withdrawals

Our classes are a yearly commitment and our fees are too, but we also know that it can be difficult to commit financially to an entire year for a new activity that you might be unsure of.  To help families make these decisions we offer some flexibility in our enrollment & withdrawal policies:

  • First time students are considered tentatively enrolled for the first 4 weeks and the one month withdrawal policy is waived..

  • After 4 weeks, there is a one month payment penalty until March 31st.

  • After March 31st there are no withdrawals and no payment stoppages. 

  • Enrollment & uniform fees are non-refundable.

For families traveling for a significant portion of time: if you want us to hold your spot, payments must continue, otherwise you must unenroll (penalty still applies) and reenroll when you return if there is space available in the class. â€‹
